Will it look exactly like PowerPoint?
Yes — this uses a full presentation engine, not a shape reader. Slide-master backgrounds, themes, gradients, charts, SmartArt, WordArt and fonts come out the way PowerPoint exports them.
Is my presentation uploaded?
It is sent to the conversion engine over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted the moment your PDF is made — nothing is stored, logged or shared. If the engine is ever unreachable, the tool converts in your browser instead and tells you so.
What page size do I get?
The presentation's own — 16:9 widescreen decks stay 16:9, 4:3 decks stay 4:3. Forcing a deck onto A4 would add borders nobody asked for.
What about animations and transitions?
They cannot survive — a PDF has no timeline. Each slide is captured in its final state.
Are speaker notes included?
No, only the slides themselves. That is usually what you want when sharing a deck.
Can I convert an old .ppt file?
Yes — the engine reads the legacy binary .ppt format directly, no re-saving needed.
Good to know: Password-protected presentations must have their password removed first. Animations and transitions cannot exist in a PDF. If the conversion engine is unreachable, the browser fallback keeps text boxes and pictures at their positions but simplifies themes, charts and backgrounds.
