Will it look exactly like Excel?
Yes — this uses a full spreadsheet engine, not a cell reader. Logos and images, cell colours, borders, merged cells, number and date formats, and each sheet's own print setup come out the way Excel prints them.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
It is sent to the conversion engine over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted the moment your PDF is made — nothing is stored, logged or shared. If the engine is ever unreachable, the tool converts in your browser instead and tells you so.
What happens with multiple sheets?
Every sheet is included, in workbook order, paginated the way it would print.
Are my formulas converted?
The calculated values are, formatted exactly as the sheet formats them — currency symbols, separators and dates included. The formulas themselves are not, because a PDF has nowhere to put them.
Can I convert .xls or .csv?
Yes to both — the engine reads the legacy .xls format directly, and .csv files are converted in your browser.
What if my sheet is very wide?
It splits across pages the way Excel prints a wide sheet. Set a print area in the workbook if you want to control exactly what is included.
Good to know: Password-protected workbooks must have their password removed first. If the conversion engine is unreachable, the browser fallback keeps values, text and table borders but drops images, colours and number formatting.
