How to write a Marketing Agency Invoice

  • Keep your fee and the client's ad spend on separate lines; spend is a pass-through, not revenue.
  • Name the campaign and the month; marketing is reviewed against reports by period.
  • Attach the platform invoices (Meta, Google) when spend is billed through you.
