Is this Europass CV template free?

Yes. Editing, every design and the PDF download are free, with no signup, no watermark and no payment step at the end.

Do I have to use the example?

No. “Use this template” opens the example ready to edit; “Start empty” keeps the Europass CV design with empty fields. Either way, every section can be renamed, hidden, reordered or removed.

Can I switch to another design later?

Yes. Your details stay exactly as they are when you switch to any of the other 53 CV types, and colour, font, text size and paper size can be changed at any time.

Where is my CV kept?

On this computer only, so it is still there when you come back. It is never sent to us or stored on a server. “Save a copy” makes a file you can open on another computer.

Good to know: Text in Latin-alphabet languages only (English, Vietnamese and European languages); Bangla, Devanagari, Arabic and CJK characters are not supported yet. The download is a PDF; there is no Word version. Your details are kept on this computer until you remove them.
